Covington Estates Manufactured community, was developed in 1995.
This family park is made up of 45 extra large spaces.
Great for raising a family or gardening.
Many of the homes are fenced and beautifully landscaped.
Park activities include, seasonal yard landscaping contest, Christmas lighting contest.
Early spring features, Dumpster Days for clean up of unwanted items.
